Sharon Jacobs joined the University of Colorado Law School faculty in 2014 as an Associate Professor. Her research focuses on the influence of regulatory structure and process on policy outcomes in energy and environmental law. Professor Jacobs holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and practiced in the energy and environmental regulatory groups at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, D.C.
